Dimensional tolerance close to excellence guarantees exceptional performance and reliability.
Filament composed by a tough nylon reinforced with a high content of carbon fibres, it’s perfect for precise and stable prints of objects that need to resist to high-temperatures, strains and impacts.
Despite being engineering grade and abrasive material, it is easy to print with the most common desktop printers. It is a special professional material unique in its kind.
Suggested printing speed:
40 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
60-70°C
Filament composed by nylon charged with glass fibres, allows precise prints and it’s a great choice for technical and mechanical purposes. It has a noticeable tensile strenght and stiffness, over a very high impact strength.
Despite being engineering grade and abrasive material, it is easy to print with the most common desktop printers.
Suggested printing speed:
40 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
60-70°C
Murano PA-GF is the name of a small island in the Venetian lagoon, which in the past held the world monopoly of excellent glassmaking for several centuries. Murano PA-GF is the formulation 2.0 of our well known Nylforce Glass Fiber, implemented by our engineers. This formulation, indeed increased % of real glass fiber infused and heat resistance.
Available on multiple colors (also customized and exclusive).
Suggested printing speed:
40 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
60-70°C
“Nylforce Cube” is an easy-to-print nylon grade. Taking advantage of nylon’s strength, flexibility, and durability, technicians use this 3D printing filament to create tools, functional prototypes, or mechanical parts.
Printable at low temperature (240/245°C) it’s optimized to avoid the use of a heated chamber.
Suggested printing speed:
30-50 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
70°C (not necessary)
Engineering grade polyester PET compound, showing superior bed adhesion, excellent at bridging as well as retraction, and keeping printed parts clean without any need of post-processing.
It features higher mechanical strength and printing precision than any kind of ABS, but prints as easy as PLA.
FiberForce provides an wide range of PET colors continuously extending.
Suggested printing speed:
30 – 100 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
40-50°C (104-122 °F)
ABS PRO is a premium filament that features low warping, excellent surface finishing, and allows very tight dimensional tolerances.
Available in several colors.
Its special formulation falls down bad smells and it is adopt both by makers to professional users.
Suggested printing speed:
40-70 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
90-110°C
SMART ABS is a professional ABS based material, super performing in a large-spectrum of applications.
Provides benefits such as high heat resistance and direct printing on heated glass or printed surface.
It is the best experience when you use support materials. 3 key words defines it perfectly: TRUSTY – FRIENDLY – EFFICIENT.
Suggested printing speed:
40-80mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
90-110°C
PLA PRO HT is a professional grade PLA compound.
Once post annealed (110°C in oven for 20 minutes) it reaches superior mechanical and temperature resistance and temperature resistance.
This material brings the user to have much higher performances when compared to ABS, but printing as easy as common PLA.
Suggested printing speed:
40-85 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
30-50°C (not necessary)
It’s a biopolymer compound, based on CarbonNanoTubes (CNT) technology. So far, it’s indeed the most conductive material available on the market (4 times less resistive than our competitors’).
10cm length of a 1.75mm filament shows a resistance of 0.75 kohm. A post printing crystallization through annealing makes it achieve 100 °C heat resistance.
Suggested printing speed:
40-85 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
30-50°C (not necessary)
Suggested printing speed:
40 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
90-100°C
Ghostforce is a revolutionary hydrosoluble support material. It’s not moisture-sensitive, allowing very long prints without any issue (basic PVA causes hydrolysis after short time printing).
It’s compatible with the most common technical polymers, including our nylon based Nylforce Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber
Suggested printing speed:
40-70 mm/s
Suggested bed temperature:
